Tilegen Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Tilegen, a service operated by Adlivia LLP, Mumbai, India. By using Tilegen you agree to them.

  1. Invite-only beta. Tilegen is in beta and is offered by invitation for evaluation. Features may change, break or be removed. Accounts are personal; keep your password safe. Workspace admins can invite colleagues and are responsible for whom they invite.
  2. Evaluation period and allowances. Your workspace shows its allowance of output images and background removals, and any trial period, in the app. One output image is one data row rendered at one size, so 5 products in 3 sizes uses 15. When a trial ends, the workspace stops opening and shows a page explaining how to continue; ending the trial does not delete your data. Paid plans, if offered, are agreed separately.
  3. Desktop only. Tilegen is designed for screens at least 1024 pixels wide. On smaller screens it shows a desktop-only notice.
  4. Your material. You must have the rights to everything you upload, enter or reference in Tilegen, including product images, product data, logos, trademarks and text. This applies to Amazon product images fetched by ASIN and to details copied from marketplace listings. You are responsible for following Amazon's and any other marketplace's rules on using that material. You let us store and process your material only to provide Tilegen to you.
  5. Your outputs. As between you and Adlivia, the images you generate belong to you, subject to any rights others have in the material you used. Review every image before you publish it.
  6. What the image checks do and do not do. For Amazon-sized outputs, Tilegen checks a few measurable things: whether the border is pure white, how much of the frame the product fills, and the image resolution. It does not check text, claims, prices, logos, watermarks, product accuracy or any other marketplace requirement. A passing check does not mean a marketplace will accept the image.
  7. Acceptable use.Do not use Tilegen to break the law or infringe others' rights. Do not upload malicious files, try to access other workspaces, interfere with the service, or use automated means to overload it.
  8. Provided as is.Tilegen is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta, without warranties of any kind, and, to the extent the law allows, Adlivia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of data arising from your use of the beta. Keep your own copies of anything important.
  9. Suspension and ending access. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, to protect the service or other users, or when the beta or your evaluation ends. You can stop using Tilegen at any time.
  10. Deletion. On request, or at the end of the evaluation, we delete your workspace's uploads and outputs as described in the Privacy Notice.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell active users by email.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
