Tilegen Privacy Notice
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Tilegen is an invite-only beta service operated by Adlivia LLP, Mumbai, India. This notice explains what information Tilegen handles, where it goes, and how to ask for it to be deleted. Questions or requests: siddhesh@adlivia.com.
What we collect
- Access requests. The email address, optional note and source you enter when you ask for access.
- Your account.Your email address, your name if you give one, your role and your workspace. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; Tilegen's own database does not store them.
- Your workspace content. Templates, the product data you type or import (for example titles and prices), images you upload, background-removed versions, thumbnails, the images Tilegen renders, ZIP downloads, brand colours, sharing settings and invitations you send.
- ASIN images. If ASIN fetching is on for your workspace and you enter an ASIN, our servers request that product's image from Amazon's image service, sending Amazon only the ASIN. We store the image and a background-removed copy in your workspace.
- Activity and usage.A log of actions in your workspace (for example "template created" or "batch submitted") and counts against your allowance. If you confirm eligibility for the Amazon Ember font, we record the date and your browser's user-agent.
- Technical data. Our hosting records standard request logs, including IP address, browser details and the page requested.
Why we use it
To run your workspace, render your images, apply your allowance, secure the service, fix problems, and contact you about your access. We do not use your information for marketing and we do not sell it.
Where it is processed, and by whom
- Google Cloud.Tilegen's application servers, database, task queue, file storage and background-removal services run in Google Cloud's Mumbai region (asia-south1). Request logs are kept in Google Cloud Logging, which stores them globally.
- Google Firebase.Firebase Authentication handles sign-in, passwords and password-reset emails, and processes authentication data in the United States. Web traffic to Tilegen passes through Firebase Hosting's global network.
- Google Workspace (Gmail) sends invitations and service emails from siddhesh@adlivia.com. Copies are kept in that mailbox.
- Google Fonts. The template editor loads fonts from Google Fonts in your browser, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when fonts load.
- Sentry (error reporting). Error reports may include your user ID, workspace ID and identifiers of the item that failed, such as a batch, file or ASIN. Your email address is not included.
- Razorpayis used only if your workspace is on paid billing. In that case your workspace name and email go to Razorpay, and you enter payment details on Razorpay's checkout, not in Tilegen. Evaluation workspaces do not use billing.
Because of these services, not all of your information stays in India. In particular, sign-in data is processed in the United States, and logs and error reports may be stored outside India.
Who can see your content
Workspace content is available to signed-in members of your workspace, subject to its sharing settings. Adlivia staff who operate the service can access it only to support or secure the service. Images are shown through temporary links that expire within 8 hours; anyone who has such a link can open that file until it expires. Connections to Tilegen use HTTPS.
Cookies and browser storage
Tilegen sets one sign-in cookie (__session, valid up to 5 days). Firebase Authentication and the editor keep sign-in state and some preferences in your browser. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
- We keep your workspace content while you have access. Deleting an item in the app hides it but does not immediately erase the stored file.
- On request, or at the end of the evaluation,we delete your workspace's uploaded images, background-removed images, ASIN images, thumbnails, rendered images, ZIP files, workspace records and your sign-in accounts within 30 days. We will confirm by email when it is done.
- ZIP downloads are automatically removed 90 days after they are created.
- Activity-log entries are removed automatically after 180 days.
- Some copies may remain for a limited time after deletion: database backups (up to 7 days), request logs (30 days), error reports, and emails in our mailbox. We keep a record that an access request was made and handled.
Your requests
Email siddhesh@adlivia.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will reply within 7 days.
